How long does it take to receive my product?
Everything is made to order and I have a waiting list of 12 weeks.
You will be notified once your order is ready to send.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes I ship worldwide.
Fluffwear is based in Sweden. Items shipped to non EU countries (including the UK) will be subject to their country's individual customs fees.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately returns cannot be accepted however if there is a problem with your order please write to me via the contact form or instagram.

How do I care for my knitted products?
I advise wool garments are hand washed using a mild wool approved detergent. For more information please see my wool care guide here.
